Sydney Wide Building Supplies provides concrete and steel for residential and commercial construction sites across Sydney and expanding into Queensland. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced call centre operator to undertake this role. Rostered shifts, rotate on a fortnight to monthly basis.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative member to work with our clients via inbound phone orders and outbound order confirmations/management, dealing with a wide range of products. A positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer a superior customer service experience will best suit the role.

About you

Outstanding attention to detail with exceptional written and oral communication skills;

Highly self-motivated,



with the skills to manage your time and plan effectively;

Must be reliable and available to work Saturdays as required.

Experience working in a fast-paced inbound call centre

Passionate about Customer Service and manages stress levels productively.

Microsoft Office experience a must.

A team player with a positive attitude.
