Harmony Auto's BYD Homebush is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service qualified to join our team. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating vehicle deliveries, and driving loyalty through the NPS framework.
You will resolve complaints, collaborate across departments, schedule service, manage recalls, and follow up with customers to improve CSI and reviews. A full, valid driver’s licence is required for NSW travel two days per week across stores.
