Downer invites applications for an Industrialisation Manager at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast. You will report to the GM of Operations and drive all project industrialisation deliverables from bid to delivery, coordinating interfaces with project partners.
You will lead the industrialisation strategy, structure, system and processes, ensure day 1 readiness, and champion continuous improvement and secure, productive production realisation.
