We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join an established and growing sporting brand.This is a key operational role responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse activities and ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched safely, accurately and efficiently.

About the Role
Working closely with the Production and Warehouse Manager, you will lead the warehouse team and help drive operational performance, inventory accuracy, customer service and WHS compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervise receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock replenishment
Coordinate daily workflow and prioritise tasks to meet operational demands
Oversee inbound goods, container unloading and stock put-away
Maintain inventory accuracy and high standards of warehouse organisation
Ensure safe operating procedures, housekeeping and equipment standards are maintained
Lead, coach and support warehouse employees
Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues




Use WMS systems to manage inventory and warehouse activity
Promote a solid culture of safety, accountability and teamwork

About You
We are looking for a hands-on leader with:
3+ years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution supervisory role
Experience with WMS and inventory control
Strong knowledge of receiving, picking, packing and dispatch operations
Experience leading and coaching teams in a quick-paced environment
Sound understanding of WHS, manual handling and safe equipment operation
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
A proactive, reliable and safety-focused approach
The ability to lead by example and take ownership of warehouse performance
Must hold a current forklift licence
