About the Role

You'll work within a skilled and experienced team, operating 400 Tonne+ excavators and other mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Tropicana.

Responsibilities
Safe, efficient operation of large excavator equipment
Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately
Follow plans,



instructions and traffic management rules
Maintain a tidy work area and support secure interactions with all teams
Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values
Help teammates, share knowledge and support a solid crew culture

Experience operating the following excavators in a mining environment:
CAT 6060 | CAT 6040
Hitachi 5600
Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
A team mindset and reliable work ethic

Location: Tropicana WA
Roster: 2:1 | day shift and night shift
FIFO from Perth and Kalgoorlie
