We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our current flagship store in The Galeries, Sydney. As a face of Paire, you'll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every customer, while supporting day-to-day store operations and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and create genuine connections with every shopper.
/n
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
/n
Assist with in-store sales, product restocking, and merchandising.
/n
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency.
/n
Support inventory management and stock handling.
/n
Stay informed on product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
/n
Work collaboratively with the team and follow direction from Supervisors and the Store Manager.
/n
Be available to work weekends and public holidays.
/n/n
What We're Looking For:

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
/n
A friendly, approachable attitude and love for helping people.
/n
Strong communication skills and team spirit.
/n
Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
/n
Strong commitment to the brand.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holiday periods.
