Key responsibilities:

Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules

/n
Communicate with drivers, transport companies, and customers

/n
Prepare shipping paperwork and maintain accurate records

/n
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch

/n
Handle general enquiries via phone and email

/n/n

What we're looking for:

/n

/n
Previous administration experience (doesn't have to be in dispatch)

/n
Valuable communication and organisational skills

/n
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

/n
Experience with systems like Dynamics, Mac Ship, or similar is a bonus, but not essential

/n/n
