Gilmour Space is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a small team and manage our Brisbane–Gold Coast corridor facility. The role focuses on protected, productive operation of cleaning, maintenance, waste, and service contracts while coordinating upgrades with contractors.
The candidate will develop preventative maintenance plans for HVAC, electrical and building systems and contribute to workspace designs that promote collaboration and innovation.
