About the Role

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while providing administrative support across the business.

Your responsibilities

Greeting clients, visitors, and contractors in a warm and professional manner

/n
Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries

/n
Providing administrative support to the wider team

/n
Maintaining accurate records and updating information within internal systems

/n
Coordinating office administration tasks, including mail, supplies, and key registers

/n
Supporting the smooth running of daily office operations

About You

Friendly, qualified, and confident communicating with people

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities

A positive team player with a great attitude

Comfortable working in a busy office environment

Experienced in reception, administration, customer service, or a similar role

Experience within property, real estate, professional services, or a client-facing environment would be highly regarded, however we are open to candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills.
