Samboy Pizzas Pty Ltd is seeking Qualified Chefs to join our talented team in South Townsville. There are full-time opportunities available for passionate chefs to showcase their culinary expertise in our vibrant hospitality establishment. Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and cook high-quality Mediterranean meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure all food preparation and cooking activities adhere to health and safety standards
Contribute to the development and refinement of menus to delight our customers
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety including record keeping.
Monitoring food quality, stock rotation and minimising waste.
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service during busy periods.




Supporting the training and development of other junior kitchen team members where required. Skills and Experience Required -Proven experience as a Mediterranean Chef in a similar hospitality environment
Solid culinary skills and expertise in a range of cooking techniques
Excellent time management and organisational abilities

-Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
Passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious dishes
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Robust attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
