We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term position, working Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
/n
This role is available due to a valued team member taking extended leave. While the position is initially for six months, there may be an chance for ongoing employment should circumstances change.

About the role
/n
As the first point of contact for our patients and families, you will play an significant role in ensuring every visit to Dental Paediatrix is welcoming, organised and skilled.
/n
Your responsibilities will include:
/n
Greeting patients and their families with warmth and professionalism.
/n
Managing appointments and the daily appointment schedule.
/n
Answering phone and email enquiries.
/n
Processing payments and health fund claims.
/n
Providing exceptional customer service.
/n
General administrative and reception duties.
/n
Experience with dental practice software is advantageous but not essential.
/n
About you
/n
We're looking for someone who:
/n
Has previous dental reception experience or exceptional reception or medical administration experience.
/n
Enjoys working with children and their families.
/n
Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
/n
Is organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.
/n
Works well both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
/n
Maintains a positive, friendly and professional attitude.
/n
Experience as a dental assistant would be viewed favourably but is not essential.
/n
