Providing end-to-end executive support across the sales process Managing campaigns from listing through to settlement Coordinating diaries, appointments and daily priorities Liaising with vendors, buyers, suppliers and key stakeholders Preparing sales documentation and campaign materials Managing client communication and delivering exceptional service Supporting inspections and auctions on Saturdays Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes What We're Looking For: Previous Executive Assistant experience within residential real estate is a must High-calibre Executive Assistants from other industries will also be considered Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Robust time management and ability to manage competing priorities P
