Our client is seeking a capable and detail driven Ecommerce Coordinator to support and optimise a digital and systems ecosystem across multiple platforms. This role is central to the day to day operation and continuous improvement of their ecommerce channel, marketing automation tools and workflow systems.
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce and Systems, you will work across Shopify, Monday.com and Klaviyo , collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production and external partners to ensure campaigns, inventory, orders and customer communications are accurately set up, well managed and continuously improved.
This full time on site role offers hands on exposure to ecommerce operations, system integrations and process optimisation in a quick paced retail and made to order setting.

Key responsibilities
Ecommerce & Website Management
Manage and maintain ecommerce platforms (primarily Shopify), including product listings,
collections, pricing, promotions and pre order campaigns
Ensure all product data, inventory availability and campaign information is accurate and aligned across systems
Maintain website content, troubleshoot issues and support ongoing user experience improvements
Support the setup, execution and removal of online campaigns in line with internal workflows and timelines
Inventory, Order & Workflow Management
Maintain accurate inventory settings and availability across ecommerce and supporting systems
Download, process and manage ecommerce orders in line with production lead times
Ensure online campaigns and orders are logged, tracked and progressed correctly in Monday.com or related workflow tools
