About the Role
As a Hair Stylist, you will:
Deliver exceptional haircuts and styling services for babies, children, and teenagers.
Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming experience for every child.
Build positive relationships with children and their families.
Be patient, caring, and confident working with children of all personalities and needs, including those with sensory sensitivities.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer service.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve salon and retail targets.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Hairdresser with relevant salon experience.
A genuine passion for working with children.
Friendly, patient, and positive personality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm and confident in a busy setting.
Reliable, professional, and a strong team player.
Availability to work weekends and late-night trading as required.
