Holloway Removals & Storage is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our energetic team in Wolli Creek, NSW. As a Sales Representative in our call centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and converting sales enquiries into successful bookings!

What will you be doing?
/n
/n
Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from customers interested in our removals and storage services (no cold calling—just WARM leads and friendly conversations)
/n
Provide detailed and accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability
/n
Process customer Quotes and Bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
/n
Assess customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable Holloway Removals & Storage solutions (Training Provided!)
/n
Helping make people's moves stress-free and easy
/n/n
What we need from you:
/n
/n
Experience in removals or similar serviced based industry preferred.
/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of customer service
/n
Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert sales enquiries into bookings
/n
A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a keen attention to detail
/n
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
/n
Full working rights and ability to pass a police check
