As they scale, they need a proactive P&C; Coordinator to look after the team, so the team can look after the build. This isn't just a background admin job, this role will cover all areas of HR and give you fantastic, hands-on exposure to broader operations and team support.

What you'll do

You will be the ultimate go-to for everything people-related across the business:
Talent & Onboarding: Driving end-to-end recruitment from ad to offer, and ensuring current starters are set up for success.
Compliance & Operations: Meticulously keeping records, training and tickets up to date.
People Development: Coordinating the performance and development framework.
Culture: Owning the calendar of social and team events to keep head office humming.

Support and Growth

As the company grows, this role is designed to grow right alongside you. You will report directly to the Managing Director, gaining real, hands-on investment in your development. You will never be left holding a complex problem alone, instead,



you will be guided and supported through it, with the support of our external HR Consultant, to empower you to build your capability and grow your own skills and knowledge in more advanced areas of HR.

What you will bring
Have solid experience across HR and office coordination (construction experience is a huge bonus!).
Have run recruitment and onboarding, and know exactly what exceptional candidate care looks like.
Are highly organised, discreet, and dependable.
Are a explicit communicator who is happy to speak up and contribute to making Melrose bigger and better everyday.
Most importantly: Have a genuine willingness to learn, roll up your sleeves, and take your career to the next level.
