Monday – Friday, 7am - 2pm Role

The Position
Lead the food services operation on site
Lead a small team of cooks and catering assistants
Maintain food safety and allergen documentation
Showcase excellent time management skills
Maintaining the service area to high standards
Responsible for the ordering of stock and supplies

The Person
Previous experience in a supervisory role leading a team
A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service




Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Hold a Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
