If you enjoy helping others feel confident, welcomed, and supported in their fitness journey, you'll fit right in. This is a casual position offering approximately 20 hours of work per week, with the opportunity to be part of a positive and motivating team environment.

What You'll be Doing:
/n
/n
Greeting members with genuine warmth and providing world-class customer service
/n
Managing check-ins, memberships, enquiries, bookings and sales
/n
Keeping the gym floor safe, tidy and inspiring
/n
Assisting members with equipment and basic exercise technique
/n
Supporting trainers and staff with daily operations
/n
Ensuring the gym is spotless, organised and running smoothly
/n
Helping create an uplifting, positive gym culture
/n/n
Key Requirements:
/n
/n
Must have minimum Certificate III in Fitness
/n
Experience in the fitness industry and customer service
/n
Availability to work flexible schedule, including weekends
/n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
/n
Passion for fitness and wellness
/n/n
