To apply for a qualified position, you will need to have:

Current First Aid certificate.
/n
Relevant Qualification for the positionyou are applying for.
/n
Approved Anaphylaxis Management Training.
/n
Approved Emergency Asthma Management Training
/n
Child Protection certification (CHCPRT025)
/n
Working with Children Check.
/n
Commitment to complete mandated Child Safety Training as a required component of the position.
/n
The ability to work as part of a professional and caring team and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the business.
/n
Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
/n
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
/n
Demonstrated ability in planning and implementing developmental programs ensuring high quality education and care.
/n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
/n
A thorough understanding of child safety and child protection, including the ability to identify and respond to children at risk of abuse or neglect.
/n
Commitment to working in accordance with the Code of Ethics, Rights of the Child, and Child Safe Standards
/n
Demonstrated knowledge and sound understanding of the developmental needs of children, their health, hygiene and nutritional needs.
/n
All applicants will be required to obtain a working with children check.
/n
