The Position
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events
Managing the team to complete the set up, catering and breakdown
Ensuring a seamless guest experience from start to finish
Liaise with management/client to ensure all event expectations are met
Be the point of contact for any issues that may arise
Maintain a safe and clean workplace throughout the venue during events.




Providing exceptional customer service

The Person
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role
A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with
Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain as well as RSA
Ability to use Microsoft office
