What you'll be doing

/n

/n
Handling incoming calls and enquiries from clients, volunteers, and other stakeholders

/n
Maintaining detailed client records and documentation

/n
Assisting with the ordering and inventory management of meal orders

/n
Providing general office support, including filing, data entry, and administrative tasks

/n
Collaborating with the Meals on Wheels team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

/n/n

What we're looking for

/n

/n
Proven experience in an administrative & customer service role

/n
Data Entry with heightened attention to detail and accuracy

/n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, volunteers, and stakeholders

/n
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

/n
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite,



with the ability to learn new software applications

/n
A genuine interest in community-based services and a desire to make a positive impact
