We're on the hunt for an experienced Roller Operator to join a fantastic civil construction team in Noosaville. This is a temp-to-perm prospect with an immediate start for the right person, offering great pay, a healthy work-life balance, and every second Friday off!

/n

What's in it for you?

$47.03 per hour + Super

/n
Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:30pm

/n
Every second Friday off (RDO) - because long weekends are underrated.

Temp to Permanent opportunity

Work with a supportive team on essential civil maintenance and construction projects

/n

What you'll be doing

/n

You'll be operating rollers on a variety of civil maintenance and construction projects while helping keep worksites running smoothly and safely. You'll also:

/n




Operate rollers with engines above 2.5L

/n
Carry out daily maintenance and pre-start checks on plant and machinery

/n
Assist with general civil maintenance and construction tasks

/n
Work safely and efficiently as part of a hardworking crew

/n

What you'll need

/n
HR Licence (or higher)

/n
White Construction Card

/n
Roller Ticket / Certificate of Competency relevant to the role

/n
Extensive experience operating civil construction plant and machinery

/n
Strong understanding of civil maintenance and construction works

/n
Ability to maintain equipment and complete daily checks

/n
Reliable, safety-focused attitude and a robust work ethic

/n
