The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as soon as possible:

Role: 3x Call Centre Customer Service Representatives- Permanent full time roles available
/n
Location: Warwick Farm, NSW 2170
/n
FULLTIME HOURS
/n
Expected Hours of Work: MON- FRI (8 hour shift)
/n
The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:
/n
/n
High volume inbound calls
/n
Addressing existing and recent customer enquires/matters and or complaints
/n
Track and trace deliveries to provide feedback to customers i.e. ETA
/n
Maintain status of enquiry by using internal systems
/n
Liaise with different levels of people within the organisation to locate freight
/n
General administrative functions.
/n/n
About you:
/n
/n
Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume contact centre environment (2 years)
/n
Qualified and confident with a customer service focus
/n
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
/n
Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
/n
Positive and resilient outlook
/n
Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
/n
Able to provide at least two employment references.
/n/n
