We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant / Accessory Fitter to join our team. Whether you're already passionate about the outdoors or simply enjoy helping people find the right solution, we'll provide the training you need to become a roof rack expert.

What You'll Be Doing
/n
Delivering exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone and online.
/n
Helping customers choose the right roof racks, bike carriers, roof boxes and outdoor accessories for their vehicle and lifestyle.
/n
Installing roof rack systems and accessories (full training provided).
/n
Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate stock levels.
/n
Keeping the showroom clean, organised and well presented.
/n
Learning about current products and staying up to date with industry trends.
/n
Working collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
/n
About You

You'll be someone who:

Current manual driver's licence.

Availability to work Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) and Saturdays (8:30am - 12:30pm) as rostered.

Ability to safely lift, carry and install roof rack products.
/n
