The Prospect

You will work across a variety of commercial matters, including:
Commercial contracts and agreements
Business sales and acquisitions
Corporate and business structuring
Property and development transactions
Leasing and commercial property matters
Due diligence and transactional support
General commercial advisory work
Client relationship management and business development

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:




Admission as a legal practitioner in Australia
Experience practicing in commercial law (ideally 2+ years PAE, although all suitable applicants will be considered)
Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
A commercial mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
The ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within a team
