We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and courageous individuals to join our team in our Community Support Service Team in the Launceston and West Tamar region (Launceston to Beaconsfield)

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide personal care with dignity and respect
Safely perform manual handling tasks
Support daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activities
Administer medication and monitor wellbeing
Work as part of a purpose-driven, compassionate team
Work 1:1 with participants in the community
Use your own vehicle (with reimbursement)
Be available for a mix of short and long shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who is:




Brave and compassionate — ready to support people with complex needs
Flexible and reliable — comfortable with diverse shifts, including overnight
A team player — communicates clearly and works collaboratively
Committed to safety and quality — follows care plans and reporting protocols

What You’ll Need
Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred)
Unrestricted full driver’s licence
Ability to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or already have them)
