About the Role
Join a team-oriented technical services team where you'll work alongside the service, repairs, maintenance, warranty, spare parts, and sales teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. This is a hands-on role suited to a technically minded individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out installation, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with Australian standards and specifications

Diagnose faults and complete repairs across a broad range of commercial catering equipment

Provide technical support, advice,



and demonstrations to customers, dealers, and the sales team

Prepare accurate reports, quotations, and service documentation in line with company procedures

Participate in an after-hours callout roster as required

Maintain accurate control of van stock and parts usage

Ensure timely completion of service jobs and maintain high-quality workmanship

Skills & Experience

Experience in the commercial catering or food equipment industry (preferred)

Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals

Solid understanding of trade-based technical principles

Ability to work independently and manag
