Grassroots ELC is seeking an Assistant Educator looking to complete studies but willing to be in charge of our centre cleaning.

Assistant Educator / Cleaner
/n
A adaptable role seeking someone mainly looking for a cleaning role but also able to step in to assist educators as needed. You will be required to be available 5 days a week from 6:30am to 6pm.

What You'll Be Doing
/n
/n
Ensure a clean, secure, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development
/n
Collaborate with families to build strong partnerships and support children's learning and wellbeing
/n
Assist in maintaining accurate records, observations, and assessments to monitor children's progress and inform future planning
/n
Actively participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives
/n
Comply with all relevant early childhood education regulations, policies,
and procedures
/n/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
Cert 3 studying Diploma
/n
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
/n
Food Safety Certificate
/n
Understanding of the and National Quality Standards
/n
Passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
/n
Commitment to ongoing career development and continuous improvement
/n
