As the team leader, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness across all food and beverage production areas and outlets.
You will oversee daily stewarding operations and lead a team of kitchen stewards in a fast‐paced kitchen environment.

What will you do?
Lead and support the stewarding team
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met
Coordinate dishwashing, waste management, and kitchen cleaning
Support kitchen and food & beverage teams as required
Ensure all buffets and functions are set up and cleared efficiently
More about you
Previous stewarding or kitchen experience in a leadership role
Solid teamwork and communication skills
Sound understanding of HACCP principles with a focus on safety




Ability to work across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
