Casual Brand Ambassador and Event Staff
Employment Type: Casual
Location: Adelaide CBD, SA (on-site)
Rate: starts at $***** per hour (adult rate), with rates varying based on the role and event requirements.
Role Requirements (non-negotiable):
1. MUST have experience in a customer- or client-facing/service role (e.g. retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or similar).
2. MUST meet at least ONE of the following criteria:
holds a current WWCC (SA, employee-type) or RSA Certificate.
previous experience in Sales/Lead Generation within a KPI-driven environment.
previous experience as a Mascot, Costume Character, or Promotional Character at events, activations, or similar engagements.

As a Casual Brand Ambassador and Event Staff,



your tasks may include:
Representing a variety of brands with confidence and enthusiasm
Giving away freebies, samples and spreading good vibes
Delivering top-notch customer service
Engaging with customers, creating interest in products/services and generating leads
Assisting with guest registration, event hosting and F&B; service.
Supporting event operations, including basic event setup and pack-down
Stepping into character and dressing up as a mascot or fun costume character (if you're up for it!)
Providing business and operational support for our clients' business needs
Different roles, tasks and responsibilities every shift!

Must be reasonably fit — you'll be on your feet, moving around and having fun!
Bonus Skills/Qualifications (nice to have, NOT required)
- Has a valid Driver's Licence in South Australia
- Has access to a car
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team
- Bilingual / Multilingual speakers
