Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across multiple locations in NSW.
You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary processes, performance management, and reporting.You will ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, coordinate training and SETA initiatives, and mentor the HR Administrator.
Regular travel to company sites is required.
