18 month max-term contract, based in MelbourneThe opportunity to join our teamWe're looking for an experienced and strategic workplace qualified to lead the management of Insignia Financial's national property portfolio while shaping the future of our workplace experience.In this role, you'll oversee property leasing, office refurbishments, relocations and workplace design, ensuring our offices are fit-for-purpose, support hybrid ways of working and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, Workplace Services teams and external partners to develop and implement workplace strategies that align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency and enhance employee wellbeing.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence how our people work by creating innovative, future-ready workplace environments across our national footprint.Key Responsibilities:Support Insignia Financial's national property portfolio and lease agreementsCoordinate office refurbishments and fit outs within budget and with minimal business disruptionSupport the development, change process and relocation of the new Melbourne flagship locationDevelop and implement a property strategy that supports Advice and Customer requirements,



employee engagement and evolving business needsPartner with business leaders to understand workplace requirements and translate business needs into effective property and workplace solutionsSupport the Management external vendors, contractors and service providersIdentify opportunities to improve workplace servicesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholdersWhat you will bring:Experience in workplace strategy, property or facilities managementProven experience managing office fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations and corporate property portfoliosStrong commercial and vendor management skillsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing abilityStrong project management and organisational skillsEffective communication and presentation skillsA passion for workplace innovation and continuous improvementRelevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experienceApplicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia, and at a minimum be required to undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.Please note that applications from agencies will not be considered at this time.We acknowledge and celebrate the richness that individual differences bring to our team.
