every time.Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons.
Motivating, inspiring and training your large team will be at the forefront and ensuring the patron experience is paramount.Experience working as an Assistant Manager in some of Sydney's most reputable high volume pubs or functions & events coordination experience in a busy pub will be essential in hitting the ground running.
