With a strong reputation for design excellence, technical expertise and client service, the practice continues to secure high-profile projects across both public and private sectors.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Directors, you will lead the interiors business, overseeing design quality, project delivery, team development and business growth.This role offers the opportunity to build upon an established interiors capability while playing a key role in the broader strategic direction of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the interiors business nationallyDrive business development, client engagement and market presenceSecure recent opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline of workLead projects from concept through to deliveryMentor, develop and inspire a high-performing teamOversee project profitability, resourcing and operational performanceMaintain excellence in design,
