Psychology that actually puts people first.
We're looking for a psychologist who wants to do meaningful work — across a genuinely diverse caseload — inside a team that's been quietly getting it right for over 22 years.
About Us
At Work OH&S; partners with large organisations, not-for-profits, and small businesses across NSW — metropolitan, regional, and remote.
Our clinicians get exposure to genuinely varied, stimulating work without being absorbed into a system or chasing billable hour targets.
We're a multidisciplinary team, which means our psychologists work directly alongside Exercise Physiologists as part of our integrated care model — including our unique Psychological-EP program.
It's an approach that produces better outcomes for clients, and a more engaging day at work for you.
Here, you'll find:
Flexibility without compromise – location, hours, and case-load mix designed around your life not a corporate mandate.
A workplace where clients are the priority, not billable targets
Leadership that supports your initiatives and ambitions
A culture shaped with the team, not imposed on it
Professional development that's practical and ongoing
Low staff turnover and strong team longevity
Competitive remuneration – designed with you
Small team.
Big experience.
Real impact.
The Opportunity
This is a hybrid Psychologist / Rehabilitation Consultant role.
You'll work across a diverse mix of schemes — occupational rehabilitation, return-to-work,
EAP, corporate early intervention, and government programs — managing your own caseload with the autonomy to plan your week around real life, not a corporate mandate.
You'll also play a key role in our Restore Program: Integrated Rehabilitation — a distinctive model that brings together psychological and physical rehabilitation to support lasting, whole-person outcomes.
Deliver psychological services across occupational rehabilitation, return-to-work, EAP, corporate early intervention, and government programs.
Contribute to the Restore Program — working alongside EPs in our unique multidisciplinary model.
Conduct workplace assessments, support injury management, and contribute to return-to-work planning.
Manage an independent caseload with flexibility across in-person, online, community, and on-site delivery.
Access mentoring from a Director with 25+ years clinical experience, plus structured PD and training.
Be a valued voice in a team where culture is built together, not handed down
Salary Package $90,000 to $125,000
Qualifications
AHPRA registration (full or provisional welcome)
Collaborative — you thrive in a multidisciplinary team
A strategic thinker who tailors care to the individual
Self-directed and comfortable with autonomy
Committed to a whole-person, client-first approach
Positive, curious, and genuinely invested in outcomes
