As a Maintenance Supervisor with NRW, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of multi skilled equipment maintenance personnel in a safe and cost-effective achievement for the length of the project.
About the Site:
Karara is the largest mining operation and the first major magnetite mine in the Mid-West.
It produces a premium, high-grade concentrate product for export to steelmakers.
With an expected life of 30+ years, it will underpin a long-term iron ore business and provide sustainable benefits to the regional community where we operate.
What we are looking for:
Australian Manual Drivers Licence
Australian recognised Trade Certificate
Tickets; White Card, Section 26 (essential)
Extensive experience in a senior capacity within the Civil or Mining FIFO sectors
Familiarity of Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
Strong financial understanding and acumen
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Managing, leading and mentoring a team of maintenance personnel
Ensuring optimal utilisation of fleet to limit down time
Continually streamlining mobile plant maintenance activities
Implementing best maintenance practice and procedures
Developing and providing reports to Project Management




Maintaining a high level of safety standards
