You will assess, manage and coordinate care for surgical patients, work closely with Consultants and multidisciplinary teams, and help shape a supportive learning environment through teaching, mentoring and continuous improvement.Key responsibilitiesManage the care of patients under Consultant supervisionAssess new referrals from the Emergency Department, wards and specialist teamsCoordinate timely reviews, admissions, transfers and dischargesSupport the care of emergency surgical patients across the wardsAssist in theatre as requiredWork closely with Consultants and multidisciplinary teamsLiaise with Pathology, Radiology, Emergency, Outpatients and Theatre servicesCommunicate clearly with patients and families to support informed careBuild solid relationships with GPs and community referrersMentor,
