We believe work has the power to transform lives and we're passionate about helping people realise their potential.Job DescriptionWe're now seeking a Service Manager to lead Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches based at sites in Moora and Merredin, WA.
If you're a people‐leader who thrives on performance, compliance, community engagement and developing capability, this role offers purpose, variety and impact.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches to achieve sustainable employment outcomesDrive performance across all ESAs, ensuring KPI targets, placement outcomes and service standards are consistently exceededOversee service delivery, workflow and client experience across multiple locationsEnsure full contractual compliance with Employment Services requirements, including audits, quality standards and documentationManage financial performance including forecasting, budgeting and achieving ESA profitability targetsRecruit, induct and onboard new team members and manage performance through regular coaching and the Managing for Excellence frameworkBuild robust relationships with Services Australia, local employers and community partnersIdentify operational risks,
