Amazon is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team at our BRAND NEW site in Horsley Park, Sydney.As a Maintenance Technician, you'll keep our site operating safely and efficiently by maintaining and repairing material handling equipment, automated packaging, and distribution machinery.
You'll respond to breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance, and implement long‐term improvements to reduce downtime.We are hiring multiple permanent night shift positions, working on a 4‐day roster (10‐hour shifts).
These roles are entitled to annual leave and penalty rates where applicable.Key job responsibilitiesComplete proactive and preventative maintenance on site equipmentDiagnose and repair equipment faults in a live warehouse environmentImplement long‐term solutions to reduce future downtimeUse specialised tools to maximise equipment effectivenessFollow and promote Health & Safety standardsQualificationsFormal Trade Qualifications: Certificate III in Electrotechnology with current electrical trade license or Certificate III in Engineering or Mechanical Trade (Fitter/Turner),
