The Role
We're looking for a sharp, driven, and trustworthy Solar Sales Representative to join our growing national team.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work with warm, qualified leads and guide homeowners through tailored electrification packages — including solar panels, battery storage, air conditioning, and heat pumps — matched to their home, lifestyle, and budget.
What You'll Do
Engage with qualified, inbound leads — no cold calling
Understand each customer's energy usage, home setup, and goals
Design and present tailored packages across solar, batteries, air conditioning, and heat pumps
Quote, close, and follow up on sales using our proven systems and tools
Stay informed on federal and state rebate and incentive programs
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and consistently hit monthly targets
Represent eHomes with confidence, integrity, and genuine care for customers




What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience — home services, energy, or trade-adjacent industries preferred but not essential
Confident communicator with genuine people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Self-motivated and results-focused with a strong work ethic
Comfortable learning quoting tools and CRM platforms

Base salary + performance bonuses (OTE $120,000–$180,000+)
