You Will Be Responsible For
Daily operational management and supervision of all company staff and contractors
Comply with all external regulatory requirements – including BFM
Manage freight assets and scheduling functions to optimise vehicle efficiencies
Rostering staff in accordance with operational requirements
Inventory management of bulk and packaged goods stock
Sales and relationship management – build relationships with existing and prospective customers to deliver sales solutions
Manage safety, credit and contractual risk
Ideally You Will Have
C‐Class Driver Licence
Previous experience in heavy vehicle and/or fuel industry – an advantage




B2B sales experience with an ability to prospect and build an chance pipeline and business relationships
Proven understanding of fatigue management, mass management, quality assurance and chain of responsibility legislation
Effective communicator with a proven record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Confident decision‐maker with the ability to work autonomously and lead a team within a diverse logistics operation
Well‐developed organisational, problem‐solving and time‐management skills
Ability to travel regionally across a defined territory in NSW with some overnight and multiple night stays required
Experience with a CRM is highly desirable along with sound skills in the use of the MS suite products
