What We're Looking For

Proven Experience:




Demonstrated background working in rapid-paced, high-volume cafe environments.
Technical Mastery:
Solid understanding of espresso extraction variables (grind adjustment, dose, yield, brew ratios) and how to dial in on the fly.
Latte Art Proficiency:
Consistent, clean, and quick latte art under pressure.
Speed & Standards:
Ability to keep the line moving fast without sacrificing drink quality, milk texture, or bench cleanliness.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work across our
Lismore
and
Alstonville
locations.
Key Responsibilities
Dialling in espresso grinders daily and monitoring extraction variables throughout service.
Pouring milk and espresso beverages to top-tier specialty standards at high speed.
Managing alternative brew bars (batch brew, cold brew).
Delivering authentic, warm customer interactions while maintaining flow.
Maintaining a pristine, organized, and efficient workstation.
