Maintenance Plumber | Adelaide
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Adelaide.
This is a permanent opportunity supporting a diverse portfolio of healthcare, aged care, commercial and residential facilities across metropolitan Adelaide.

The Opportunity
Working within a highly regarded facilities management team, you'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a range of client sites.
No two days are the same, with exposure to a variety of building services, asset maintenance programs, and project works.
Key Responsibilities
Planned maintenance and asset lifecycle replacementsReactive and emergency plumbing repairsFault finding, diagnostics and troubleshootingMinor project and improvement worksMaintaining compliance with safety and quality standardsBuilding positive relationships with clients and site stakeholdersParticipation in an on-call roster
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Current Plumbing LicenceMinimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance plumbing environmentExperience working across commercial, healthcare, aged care,



or facilities management environmentsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsCurrent Manual Driver's LicenceExcellent communication and customer service skills
Highly Regarded
Experience with Rinnai, Rotex, Zip and pump systemsGasfitting LicenceBackflow Prevention AccreditationRoofing and Guttering experienceWorking With Children Check
