About the role
Join the vibrant team at Bay Café as a Breakfast Chef.
This casual role is based in our beautiful coastal location in Mandurah, Western Australia.
As our Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of delicious breakfast dishes to delight our customers and set them up for a great day.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook a varied menu of breakfast dishes including hot meals, cold items, and baked goods
Ensure all dishes are presented to a high standard and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, protected, and organised kitchen environment
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service
Assist with stock management and inventory control
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of breakfast menu preparation and cooking techniques
Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards of food presentation




Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Food safety and hygiene certification
