About the role:
We are seeking a motivated Land Development Officer to join
our team and support the planning, coordination and delivery of land
development projects from enquiry through to completion.
Working closely with
developers, consultants, contractors, local authorities and internal
stakeholders, you'll gain valuable exposure to the full land development
lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination and delivery of
land development projects, under the guidance of senior team members
Support project planning, timelines, progress
tracking and preparation of project reports and summaries
Assist with subdivision applications,
submissions and project documentation
Coordinate communication, meetings and
information flow between developers, consultants,



contractors, local
authorities and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate project records, databases and
filing systems while supporting the team's HSEQ requirements and general
administration
Key requirements:
An interest in land development, town planning,
surveying or property development, with some exposure to subdivision processes
highly regarded
Basic understanding of planning principles and
development processes
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail
and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with AutoCAD
knowledge or a willingness to learn; relevant qualifications and industry
experience are desirable
