As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable experiences at one of Victoria's most beautiful destinations.
In this dynamic position, you'll oversee the seamless operation of our restaurants, conference and events spaces, in-room dining, lounges, and bars.
From day-to-day management to leading a passionate team, you'll ensure every guest enjoys world-class service.

As a Food & Beverage Duty Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:




Inspire and guide your team in a safe, collaborative, and motivating environmentOversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service standardsTrain and develop F&B; staff to achieve performance goalsMonitor KPIs and provide feedback to drive continuous improvementLiaise with management, kitchens, and events teams to deliver seamless serviceResolve issues professionally and lead by example in member service excellence
What you'll need to be successful
Previous experience in hospitality management or supervision within a large teamConference and Events background is a mustHotel Experience is desiredIndustry knowledge of trends in food, wine and beveragesStrong leadership skills to achieve a positive working cultureA hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operationsProven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholdersSound problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsRSAHold or obtain a valid Working with Children CheckFull working rights in Australia
