The Opportunity
We are seeking a Leading Hand Carpenter to lead & deliver a variety of minor works & occasional maintenance projects across the Peel region.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on tradesperson who is ready to take the next step, combining their technical carpentry skills with light site supervision responsibilities.
You will be confident overseeing day-to-day site operations, maintaining safety standards,



coordinating trades & ensuring the quality of every finish reflects AE Hoskins' long-standing reputation for excellence.
Our ideal candidate will be well organised, proactive & just as comfortable leading a small crew as they are jumping on the tools when required.
You will also enjoy mentoring apprentices, communicating with clients and subcontractors & keeping sites running smoothly from start to finish.
