This is a Permanent Part Time and Fixed Term Part time
appointment for various hours per fortnight, with the possibility
of extension and/or permanency.
Position Profile:
We are seeking a Clinical
Nurse to join our Care Coordination and outreach team.
This team is
made up of highly experienced nurses who provide care coordination,
guidance, and support to families with children who have complex
care needs, seven days a week.
The service also includes an
overnight telephone support component, delivered by an on-call
nurse working from home.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to
fill the above vacancy, applicants found suitable for this position
