My Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a robust background managing clients and projects.
The Role:
Responsible for the full cycle of the Project from planning and inception to commissioning and handover.
Work with the team to define the project scope.
Lead and manage the Project Team
Agree contract terms, costings and manage suppliers/sub contractors
Sign Correspondence, ITP's, Checklists and documentation relevant to quality, safety and program
Work on government and commercial sites
Experience:
Previous experience in a Technician/Senior Technician role and has transitioned into a Project Manager in his career would be a bonus
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing electronic security projects, including installation, commissioning, and client handover.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high client satisfaction standards.
Familiarity with electronic security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms) and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships.
Deep understanding of WHS, QMS,
and EHS standards; ensures compliance with all Security policies and legislative requirements.
Capable of planning and allocating resources (staff, subcontractors, equipment) effectively across multiple sites.
Skilled in maintaining project documentation, including Safe Work Method Statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
Ability to identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues proactively, and adapt to changing project conditions.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of accountability
