The Prospect
Founded in June ****,
Eastwood Physio & Rehab Clinic (EPRC)
is a rapidly growing orthopaedic physiotherapy service operating within
Eastwood Private Hospital and our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic
.
Since its inception, our inpatient service has delivered physiotherapy to patients at Eastwood Private Hospital.
In April ****, we expanded by opening an outpatient clinic, enabling us to offer comprehensive orthopaedic care at every stage—pre-operative preparation, surgery, hospital rehabilitation, and return to full function.
Our outpatient clinic delivers modern, evidence-based care for
orthopaedic and musculoskeletal patients, emphasising
post-operative rehabilitation, return to activity, and long-term recovery.
We also serve the broader community for general musculoskeletal needs.
We work closely with leading orthopaedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.
Our clinic uses advanced rehabilitation technology to support detailed assessment, personalised treatment programs and objective progress tracking.
We invite passionate physiotherapists eager to advance their careers in

Roles are flexible and can be tailored to your interests and experience, with opportunities to work in
outpatient, inpatient, or combined settings
.
Shape the Full Patient Journey
You will work with patients throughout their rehabilitation, including:
Outpatient
Pre-operative assessment and rehabilitation.
Post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Return to work, sport and everyday activities.




General musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Longer-term strength, conditioning and functional rehabilitation.
Objective assessment and progress tracking using contemporary rehabilitation technology.
Inpatient
Acute post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Early mobilisation and functional assessment.
Equipment prescription and discharge planning.
Patient and family education.
Communication with surgeons, nursing staff and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Working across both settings allows you to follow patients' complete rehabilitation journeys and build robust clinical relationships with both patients and referring specialists.
What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
Strong clinical experience or a genuine interest in orthopaedic and/or musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
A proactive approach and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing service.
Previous orthopaedic or musculoskeletal experience is highly desirable,



however we are also interested in physiotherapists who are motivated to develop their skills in this area.
